At Janova PaddlePulse, we stand behind the quality of our devices and are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied. Please read our return and refund policy below:

1. One-Year Warranty

If your PaddlePulse device experiences a functional failure within the first year of purchase, you are entitled to receive a replacement device at no additional cost. Please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue to initiate the warranty claim.

2. Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The device must have been used according to the guidelines provided in the user manual.
  • The failure should not be due to accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.

3. Return Process

To request a replacement:

  • Contact our customer support team at staats.kanu@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
  • Our team may ask for photos or videos to better understand the issue.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the device, and a new device will be shipped once we receive the original unit.

4. Refund Policy

This policy covers only replacement, not refunds, for devices that fail within the first year. Refunds are not provided except in special circumstances, at the sole discretion of our team.
